Nov/00: Indianapolis Power & Light is extending an experimental pricing program for an additional two-plus years. The pricing option program initiated in 1998 was to expire on October 18, 2001, but was extended to December 31, 2003.
July/98: Consumers of Indianapolis Power & Light were offered 3 billing options. Consumers can choose a fixed rate, a fixed monthly bill based on last years average bill, or a "green power" rate under an alternative pricing plan approved in March by the Indiana Utilities Regulatory Commission.
